my ceph on DC/OS try to reach this : https://dl.bintray.com/vivint-smarthome/ceph-on-mesos/ceph-on-mesos-0.2.11.tgz
but it returns 404 (forbidden)
i try browse it manually via browser and still got same response. is it need some credentials ?
