This is a very strange problem. Please post the log from vokoscreenNG so that I can get an overview of your system.
Here it is log from vokoscreenNG after finishing a screen record. 2023-11-01_17-12-49.log
The issue that I mention begins after enabling the options and also continues during a record.
I see from your log 17:12:51 [vokoscreenNG] DevicePixelRatio: 2 (Normal displays is 1, Retina display is 2)
The value 2 say me, you scale your screen. Is this right?
I have fixed the problem. With a scaled screen the ShowClick was outside the mouse position.
I changed the title from vokoscreenNG 3.8.0 magnify, showClick, showHalo options not working properly on Windows 10. to vokoscreenNG 3.8.0 showClick not working properly on Windows 10.
Sorry, for replying late. Thanks for fixing the problem. Have a nice day.🙂

I have a very similar problem, but on Pop!_OS. I use multiple monitors and use the fractional scaling feature to scale a smaller one.
NAME="Pop!_OS" VERSION="22.04 LTS" ID=pop ID_LIKE="ubuntu debian" PRETTY_NAME="Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS" VERSION_ID="22.04"
Describe the bug When using showHalo, showClick it does not follow mouse cursor and they both look different than their preview. When using magnify option all magnify type(rectangular,circular and ellipse) shows half of its expected region only.
Solution that worked for me I changed display resolution of windows 10 from recommended 1920 1080 to 1600 900. But I love recommended display resolution 1920 * 1080 because I am used to it.
