Add epub make target #3

I figure it shouldn't be hard to add an epub make target that runs the tex source through LaTeXML with style=plain, splitat=, nomathjax, and format=epub options?

Do you know if EPUBs are useful, accessibility-wise? The EPUBs produced by LaTeXML have a number of issues and even if you work around those, most EPUB readers behave very poorly with mathematical content. So I gave up on supporting EPUB until there is a proper use case for it.

I came here to suggest this after seeing this blog post, which I found by searching for Open Logic Project EPUBs. I'm happy to see it was already suggested by that project's "instigator".

Use case: I'm not in academia and am longer carrying around a stack of books or my laptop everywhere I go. So, I usually read on my phone.

EPUBs are much better for small screens because of reflowing text. PDFs are miserable on small screens because of the typesetting, particularly the margins. I zoom in to remove the margins so I can read the content on a small screen, but many programs aren't set up for that to work well, so I'm constantly adjusting, especially if the margins alternate left and right to accommodate a paper book spine.
