Overall description of the new feature:
I took idea from Quake II Port Whitepaper book.
Basically radar will show for player where is his teammates and nifty things
(at the moment only money bags, but I hope will increase them soon).
And for spectators it will show where everyone on the map.
Variables to control the new feature:
cg_radar?
