I changed the specification of #253 as follows:

Change the option name to --log-filter.
- Move parameter list from metaVar to usage because the width of the help message is too wide.
Add +/- prefix like --cookie-filter. (+ is passing and - is suppressing)
Add pageinfo parameter and remove all parameter.
