Adding optional instance_name config for RabbitMQ. #37

We would like to give human-readable names to our RabbitMQ instances. This lets us add instance_name to the config file. I didn't see any other way to change the name to be other than the IP address/port, and we can't use a domain name. It defaults to the previous behavior if nothing is set.

I apologize for the delay. I have been waiting on our legal department to get back with me regarding the contributors agreement. I have updated the README for this project and added a CONTRIBUTING.md file which goes over the process for contributions. There are Contributors License Agreement which are now in the docs directory. The appropriate one (Individual in this case) needs to be printed out, signed, scanned, and emailed back to me per the instructions in the document.
