Problem with using this plugin from docker #32

Hi!

I found it hard to use this plugin with the config provided here: https://clusterhq.com/2015/09/01/flocker-runs-on-coreos/

Mostly because there is no dmidecode not only in the container, but also on the host machine. Is it possible to remove this dependency?

@jm66 Can you please help with this? I think we may have to fallback to some other way to get vm's uuid in case of coreos host.
