spectrometer sub VIs out of date #44

All of the manufacturer subVIs will not run in our version of Labview. 
1. Figure out if that is a problem, and if so, fix
2. If no fix is needed, then at least re-write Lee's spectrometer tutorial
section so that it makes sense.

Closed in r170 - reconciled tons of duplicate drivers and deleted old tutorial 
file.
