Photon Counter Etch Freeze #79

When trying to fix things in "Magnet Control Panel.vi" and running photon
counter Etch.vi, Etch kept freezing up. The run-times weren't reproducible
(e.g. 1900 and 2900 seconds).

It froze after I hadn't looked at the running Etch program for a while
(5-10 minutes?)

I tried re-running all of the "broken" things I was doing in magnet control
panel, but none of them froze etch again.
