While I was updating zsh completion, I noticed a few inconsistencies between --help and man pages:

`xbps-dgraph`	`--help`	`man`
`MODE`	optional	mandatory
`-V`, `--version`	absent	present

`xbps-rindex`	`--help`	`man`
`-v`, `--verbose`	present	absent

`xbps-create`	`--help`	`man`
`-G`, `--source-revision`	absent	present
