export complete order information as CSV #8

the finance team does the accounting of the previous order by downloading a csv of everything that has been ordered, what has and hasn't been paid, what products where missing etc. In the old system this is called the "kassa list" and it looks like this:

*of course, on the left there is a column with the member name and id, but I've excluded that from the screenshot for privacy

So first we can get #3 working, and once we have that we can add the export to csv option. (right now there is only an option to export as PDF)

Accounting is done by Finances > Account orders. See also the manual fresh uses, and the German documentation (sorry, German is most complete here).
