Program doesn't start #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzipped files into directory DIR
2. Ran oSpy.exe
3. oSpy briefy appears in the process list then disappears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a dialog.  Nothing appears on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.

Did you try right-clicking on oSpy.exe and choosing 'Run as administrator'?

Could you try runnning oSpy in OllyDbg and check where/how it exits?

I have just had this problem - and found a workaround...

ospy wouldn't start (runnung as administrator), and was reporting problem = 
CLR20r3, System.Windows.Forms, System.InvalidOperation Exception

I deleted the config.dat file in the ospy directory, and the problem went away.
