Error: Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 400 on SERVER: no parameter named 'value'

Example code:

sysctl { 'vm.swappiness':
  ensure => 'present',
  value   => '10',
}

}

Received error: Server Error: no parameter named 'value'

Trying this:

sysctl { 'vm.swappiness':
  ensure  => present,
  val     => '1',
  comment => 'Minimum amount of swapping without disabling it entirely.',
}

Next error: Server Error: no parameter named 'comment'

Next try:

sysctl { 'vm.swappiness':
  ensure  => present,
  val     => '1',
}

No error.

I'm using version 2.2.0.
