This is a breaking PR:

Migrated to mongodb-mongosh as the client binary, discontinuing support for mongo.
Added support for MongoDB version 7.0.x on Debian systems.
Removed journal.enabled option for MongoDB versions prior to 6.1, following MongoDB's documentation here.
Tested on RHEL 8 and Ubuntu 22.04 with MongoDB versions 6.0.x and 7.0.x."
