This is looking pretty good to me from a once-over. And looks like the coveralls badge already works too. Can we move the HISTORY.md back in (from previous release's changelog) to fix the problem I introduced by telling you to take it out?

Creating a separate issue for this since this is unrelated to documentation IMO. #100
