User creation data validation

Admins can create users with the same email address. This prevents issues in the app. Prevent admins from adding users with the same email address.

This is not fully implemented. I thought about people like Rafael and Helen. They sharing one email. So I wanted to ask, when they successfully logged in, on which behalf publisher want to act

Ok. Thanks for the feedback. They also both have different email addresses they could use. If a brother and sister share an email, it might make it difficult for an admin to assign the right ratio of brothers and sisters to a shift. He won’t know if he is assigning the brother or sister for the shift. I recommend requiring each user to register with a separate email.
