Dear All, I,ve got the following error, could you please give me some advice on this?

install_github("vqv/ggbiplot") Downloading GitHub repo vqv/ggbiplot@master from URL https://api.github.com/repos/vqv/ggbiplot/zipball/master Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle) : Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
