FR: remember which one of two panes (Tags/Links) was last used after Obsidian restart #84

Hi!

As now there are two panes to use (Tags and Links) it will be good if TagFolder was able to remember which one was last used after Obsidian restart. For example, I mainly use the Links pane:

But after Obsidian restart TagFolder switches to Tags pane:
