IntelliSense invisible description pane resize handler?

Issue Type: Bug

I have an invisible description pane resize handler/cursor and I can drag a blue line up and down without the description page.

Type something that pops up the IntelliSense suggestion window, find an option which does NOT have a description, then hover outside of the suggestion window where the desription pane normally would be and try to find the resize handler by moving your cursor in vertical direction.
