Simplest search of all: return List consisting of all courses, lectures and units that contains given search keyword(s).

REST service in RootResource and SQL queries... somewhere else :) "SearchManager" is... boring. "Encyclopedia"?

Possibly add search related to some distinct type: search courses only, lectures only, units only. Search units within given course. Etc.
