Adding new directory structure for Keda Supervisor service

Adding new files -

  1. keda.yaml - deployment file for the supervisor svc
  2. nginx-deployent.yaml - a sample NGINX file with 0 replicas that KEDA will scale
  3. scaledobject-instance.yaml - Cron-based trigger to scale NGINX deployment to 10 replicas
  4. usage.md - example of how to use the trigger-based scaled object
  5. KEDA icon file.
