Test registering published datasets in Pure #35

It is already possible to harvest datasets from Datacite in Pure, so this is most likely a configuration issue.

Test once the first dataset is publihed

Spoke to Dimitri on 2020/11/15, currently there is no automatic harvesting of datacite, because of metadata quality isssues.

waiting for the Yoda datacite repo to added to scopus, after that it can be added to Pure
