Search for elements by group name #339

Is it possible to search for a group of elements by its name and is such functionality planned?

I have the same problem but have not been able to find a solution. Let's see if someone can enlighten us.

That's currently not in plan. Feel free to reopen with a PR if someone wants to take on it.
