[BUG] Unable to MAX send BASE.ETH #513

Describe the bug Gas calculation for ETH on BASE is not working correctly for max send.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Base chain
  2. Send ETH or Token with max send
  3. See error

Expected behavior Able to send assets with max button

Let's park this one for now , get the max working is harder than we thought
