Super reaction karma #545

Differentiate between super reaction and basic reaction. Super reaction could be 5 karma instead of 1. As of creation of this issue it's W.I.P. in disnake lib.

with the new super reaction system that everyone with nitro can use them unlimitedly it will be probaly just for 2 karma instead so it doesnt make that much difference also still not implemented into the disnake library
