Not able to receive the Push Notification even for the first time. #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply executed the test code given here.
2. I just changed the device token and certificate name and its password.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A push notification was expected in the iPhone, but I never received it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sending from WinXP to iPhone

Please provide any additional information below.

My Aim:
