1 Phase: Proposal

[x] Collect all members and roles
[x] Get the highest engagement peak of each channel during specific times
[x] Define what channels will stay or be archived based on defined cut roles
[x] Create template server with all changes proposed
[x] Group discussion about the changes
[x] Develop the new roles structure to show and hide the channels
[x] Test: Add "arquived-channel" and create a channel to admins and mods get the role to see archived channels.

2 Phase: Implement changes at Production Discord
