Description

creating a modal to forward the user who wants to apply to a chosen task. This modal displays a message with an example image asking the user to click apply where they will be directed to the chosen Issue directly on Github.

@nomadbitcoin as soon as I check this PR, I will send the other one about the white theme modifications. Because this way I will already update the branch before uploading the PR.
