Add section on Discovery / Binding to Domains #19

Add the current methods of binding domain names to did:web DIDs that are being implemented:

  1. DIF's /.well-known configurations.
  2. Use the TXT field in DNS record RFC/draft-mayrhofer-did-dns
  3. Link via existing TLS certificates (via key material or metadata field)
  4. alsoKnownAs (from other DIDs)
