@OR13, this is only a minor change on the file (I have added the user id of @mprorock to his record), and I then generated a static version (see it at https://www.w3.org/People/Ivan/Tests/index.html). I then had it run through pubrules' checker (see here) and there are no errors.
That being said... I did experience some strange things. If I use brave or safari (on my Mac) to generate the static HTML file I then run into errors. In both cases some extra html statements are added to the source which I still have track down (e.g., I suspect an extension of Safari does some ugly things by adding some extra statements). To get a "clean" output I used a "naked" Chrome browser, ie, one without any extensions. I will report that back to the respec people.
I suggest you finalize the text content-wise, and I can then help take care of the publication issue.
