FPWD is due in 2 weeks #18

"in 2 weeks" suffers from being relative to some tenuous date which Github just says is "5 days ago" as of this writing, so I guess FPWD is due in 8, 9, or 10 days, depending on various relationships to the International Date Line.

Better to specify the actual datetime, significantly but not only so that it's calculated once and treated as a constant thenceforth.
