datatype for xhtml #119

Narratives have divs which have a special xhtml datatype. The RDF 1.1 WG created the rdf:XMLLiteral datatype for representing XML literals in RDF/XML.

Propose: the already special-cased xhmtl datatype be expressed as an RDF Literal with a datatype of rdf:XMLLiteral

I just checked, and this is not fixed by https://github.com/HL7/kindling/pull/148
