Should the `string` type point to https://infra.spec.whatwg.org/#string? #61

Currently all string types point to https://www.ecma-international.org/wp-content/uploads/ECMA-404_2nd_edition_december_2017.pdf#. In Web App Manifest, they point to https://infra.spec.whatwg.org/#string, which seems better.
