There are currently differences between the proof points in the document and the assessment tool
One option would be to be sure they are perfectly synced for all document release versions that would include the assessment tool. But does this make sense, given that it is not fully integrated into the document and planned to be written in HTML, or other technology as to be determined?
Another option is to provide proof point examples in the document and allow the assessment tool to be independent of the document to allow for updates as needed to proof points or the format of the tool itself.
Both options should be discussed and appropriate actions taken as the result.
