Argh... that seems backwards (not your fault!)... ReSpec must be doing something wrong there if the level is coming out as -2-2? I'll look into it.

Fixed via https://github.com/w3c/performance-timeline/commit/ca6936d3bcf5f0018d944fabed6e430b6d01b80e#diff-b74e3f4a102d14bd23f5656b68b88f48055b92881a27c673c018c3ba8403ab15L17 ... was an auto-publish configuration error, not a ReSpec error.
