Re-runs tidy-html5 on the current spec. #490

This just re-ran tidy on the spec to clean up line wrapping. Should be whitespace only changes.

I would be fine moving the line-wrap column out from 80 to 90 or 100 to improve the line density.

Not sure if there is a "style guide" for spec HTML.

I don't think there is. Guidelines that I'm aware of talk about the resulting HTML, and not about the source:
