[Responsible use] Feedback Re: abstract #1276

As do the perspectives of those who interact closely with spatial data: the developers, the users and the regulators.

Feedback: Have you considered specifically calling out the fourth group? i.e., individuals to whom geospatial data relates (they may not always be users)

Reply Emily: Good point. Sentence should be changed to:

As do the perspectives of those who interact closely with spatial data: the developers, the users, the regulators and those to whom geospatial data relates.

Note that developer use has been considered in the W3C Devices and Sensors Working Group geolocation-api specification as well.
