Incorporate RDF-star CG report #15

As far as I can see, there are no SD-related changes necessary for RDF-star.

The CG report adds rdf-star:SPARQLStarQuery and rdf-star:SPARQLStarUpdate as range values to sd:supportedLanguage. I suspect we won't need to add those, since the current spec already adds sd:SPARQL12Query and sd:SPARQL12Update, which should supercede these.

Since this confused me a bit, just to clarify, this means the current 1.2 draft spec, right?
