Update error codes in yaml file to match those in spec (html). #283

This is a follow on PR to PR https://github.com/w3c/vc-data-integrity/pull/274 which addressed issues https://github.com/w3c/vc-di-eddsa/issues/82, https://github.com/w3c/vc-di-ecdsa/issues/63, and https://github.com/w3c/vc-di-bbs/issues/168.

This PR updates the vocabulary.yml files error codes to match those in the spec (index.html).
