[ ] Update SOTD - to indicate this is a finalized note
[ ] Remove any other mentions of "draft"
[ ] Draft the communications/news item/email for publication
- Be sure to include due date for comments
- Be sure to point out what sections changed/are under scrutiny
[ ] Have Shawn approve/edit
[ ] Publish communications and send out WCAG2ICT draft
