This test is incorrect: it fails (unintentionally) because the initial value of the accumulator count is supplied as //x and this does not satisfy the @as clause on the accumulator (as="xs:integer").

Fixed in the XSLT4 test suite.

The test was only passing because a Saxon bug (https://saxonica.plan.io/issues/4920) meant that the error in the test went undetected..
