Various minor fixes to block production page #695

  1. "Praos" should be capitalized. I also included a link to the original paper.
  2. A pipe character was showing on the page; I removed it.
  3. Fixed a broken link (discussed with Bhargav)
  4. Properly capitalized "BABE Constant" when used
