Update to 1.21.1 #26

Would love for this mod to be updated! Lmk if you need help, happy to contribute.

The issue for me is that I want this mod to be available on a lot of versions that way more people can use the mod. But I've limited it to 1.19 and 1.20 versions because of incompatibilities and my limited knowledge on modding alone.

If you think we could add 1.21 I wouldn't mind doing so. Im just not sure how difficult it is
