make the config menu in game with YetAnotherConfiglib or other

Planning on it! It will come in the future when I add more features and get the mod to a state that I find acceptable.

please make sure to add an ability to toggle the ability of any present particle to be affected by the wind

Planning on it, also with mod support. so any particle added by mods can be turned on or off!
