New tag should be created to allow upgrade with composer #28

Hi Erwin,

Thanks for your recent update correcting the URL. Could you please tag the change so that we can upgrade through Composer (https://packagist.org/packages/waarneembemiddeling/bigregister-soap)?

For the time being we're using the dev-master with composer. Thanks!
