App (on Google Play Store) is not available in Vietnam #520

Please provide any additional information below.

This simple app is useful, thank you to the authors.

Unfortunately it's not available in Vietnam.  I understand why Google Wallet 
app is not available in Vietnam, however Chrome to Phone is really simple and 
not involved too much to users' security.

Would you please make it available for Vietnamese users?  Or at least, would 
you please tell us why it's not available in Vietnam?
