OAuth1 for Google accounts is going away on April 20, 2015 #528

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install extension from the Chrome Web Store
2. Sign in

What is the expected output?
Ordinary sign-in page.

What do you see instead?
A warning that “OAuth1 for Google accounts is going away on April 20, 
2015”. This comes with a link to 
<https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth_ref> suggesting a move to 
OAuth 2.0.

As it is now after April 20th 2015 this is now blocking all new installations 
of Chrome to Phone.  Existing installs which were authenticated before April 
20th still work ok.
