Can't build this project locally using visual studio #380

I am having trouble building this project locally. Can you please help? Some of them are related to project references. Reference to MyGet(https://dotnet.myget.org/) instead of Nuget Where can I find reference to Newtonsoft.Json version 11.0.2? and other reference like Microsoft.Net.Http version 2.2.29

My Nuget was pointing to visual studio offline version. My apologies for the creating this issue
