i will do more research but in this time i think we can't go with option 2 because accessing another app database or data in general require the user to have root permission.
we can have a shot at google , apple wallets integration.
also we can ask the user to use his\her phone number instead of card number by link phone number with card number after the first successful transaction or via OTP (preferred to avoid scamming ).
Oh I see. That makes sense actually. But honestly I believe that users should have more freedom in their data!

I find this one, it's a bit involving but let's see how it can work in practice.

It's a hassle to enter your 19-16 digits card number! Error prune, takes time and we should solve it:
