Kirby 3.4 compatibility, see #11

An alternative might be to use a solution as proposed in kirby forum. This would be backwards compatible, whereas my solution would require a major version bump of Merx

Hey @bezin thank you so much for your efforts and your pull request.

I released 1.4.0-rc.1 were I fixed/updated other Merx hooks.
